Maybe a semi closed species or closed species? I really like the format that Kage had with the keldines where there's a lot of opportunities for users to join the species but there's also more engagement for artists and staff since users can buy adopts and "upgrades".

I think this species has a lot of potential (: keep me in mind if you ever need help if you chose to run it!!
