And besides, SOME owners (NOT ALL) beat thier horses to get up. Watch all the vidoes and you'll find out. And I don't hear about 'major Walker deaths' because:
A) I don't live in a place where that would be popular
&
B) Reporters in my town don't really care about horses. It's not a headliner

Who are you to say the horse is not in pain anyway?

I know that abusing them is illegal, I'm talking about showing in general. Trust me, I would do something if showing the Saddlebreds at our barn hurt them.

And some, I'm sure. People do all sorts of things, horse abusing isn't out of our range as humans.

I do live in a place where it's popular to hear about. I hear nothing on them.

I said showing, not soring.

But anyways, this is why I shouldn't post on chickensmoothie. I'll just quit so I don't get this locked.

Aren't horse people great? My sister has an account here also, but we don't interact much and only have one computer. Please don't ban us!

Look, I want to make this clear before someone else comes along and defends this;
If you do not agree with what I am saying, then do not post. This is not here for a debate,this is here to raise awareness. People are saying it's not common, it is. Perhaps not in the 'little' shows as much but in the 'big' with the 'big' trainers it is. Yes sure there is a law against it, but it is still going on. I am not saying that ALL TWH trainers do this, just the vast majority.

gosh, great job on putting this all together, I had no idea about all that D: it looks like some sort of crazy cartoon the way the horses walk when they are in that much pain, it is awful.
