Su Personality: she is pretty calm for an SU, but if she feels threatened, she'll be like an atomic bomb.
Su Brief History: She was a litter of one, her father a fierce SU, that was feared by most, and her mother, a well-known life taker. She was raised with a violent way of defending by her father, and a peaceful way of hiding/living by her mother. She was both yin and yang. Good and bad. Respected and feared. She could one day sheepishly take a deer in front of you, or savagely kill a human. She was unknown by personality, until she and her parents moved up to the rugged mountains. Once they settled down, some humans had moved down to the bas of the mountain. They were scared of the fierce SUs that had destroyed their family tree, but they soon were destroyed with them. The human population around the mountain decreased, and her family had to wander far to get some meat. They tended to hunt most of the day, bringing their kill into the den to store up and save energy. They would share one animal between the three, making it hard for them to fill themselves up properly. They would usually try to hunt the rams and deer on the mountain, which is the equivalent to a plate of food for them. That would usually be their meals, three times a day. They would sleep from dusk to dawn, then they would hunt. Their hunting usually last about seven hours, before coming back to eat. Their diet changed from human flesh to deer and sheep. Sometimes, for the protein, they eat a bush-full of berries. In two bites, the whole bush would be gone!
Why you want to colour one: Because this species is a very feared, and awesome species. Unlike the JellyBeanDragons, this species shows fear. And unlike the Plague Hounds, this species shows mystery. I really would love to color one!

Su Gender: Male
Su Personality: Because of the compassion on his previous owner he has developed a soft spot for the humans. He tends to save them whenever possible. When in the company of other Sus he puts up a tough front, that many of them describe as a Naepolien complex. He is small for his species,(He stands eye level with most humans), due to the inexperience of the lab tech that helped create him. He bears mixed emotions toward his species, considering himself a freak of nature. The only reason he chooses to remain alive is to further the survival of the dying human race.
Su Brief History: He was born in a quiet training lab in eastern Illinois (US). The lab was designed to train young college students on how to create the Su, so as you can imagine the creatures that came out of this particular lab were sometimes less than normal.
This particular Su was the product of pure ignorance and inexperience. After the genes were spliced together and his growth began, it was clear that his development was stunted. Even though his physical growth was abnormal, his cognitive activity seemed to surpass that of other Sus. This was the only reason they allowed him to remain alive.

When he reached maturity it became clear that he would not be 'bought' anytime soon. Even though he was smarter than other Sus, the public didn't care. Everyone wanted a hound that could fully protect them, cunning wasn't a factor. He sat in a cage for the first six years of his life, almost going mad from the sheer lonliness. He felt rejected by the humans and by the Sus.

One day a man came into the offices looking to buy. He walked by the cages, each of the beasts inside growling fiercly to show that they were capible of fighting and protecting. The man continued walking until he reached this Su's cage. He cowered and gave the man a dry look. "Just keep walking like the rest of them", he thought to himself.

The man ended up choosing this rejected hound. The first few days living with the man were a whole new experience for our Su. He wittnessed compassion for the first time in his life, and nothing was expected from him except for to be the company of the man. It was obvious that this man wasn't looking for protection, just a friend.

He continued living with the man until the year everything changed. The news reports warned of a Su revolt, and a grim future. They moved to a bunker together where they hid for a good year. They were both scared constantly, afraid that they were going to lose eachother's companionship. The hounds were everywhere now, and humans were becoming scarce. Eventually the news reports stopped altogether, leaving them both in the dark.

One night they heard a scratching at the door. It was followed by the sounds of cracking concrete. The Hounds invaded the bunker after smelling his human companion. They killed him, and invited his once faithful companion to join the revolt. He choked back the anger and the fear and followed, swearing to one day take revenge on his race for what they did to his only friend. His best friend.
Why you want to colour one: These are neat?
