The purpose of watermarks are to stop people claiming drawings as their own and so that people can't take them off-site and claim them. I think it was very smart of you and TWG to have a watermark, may I make my own or am I not permitted to? I don't think anyone would want to take my art anyway >.>

if you know that people steal your art/idea/characters than i dont see why you cant make your own watermark, but try keep it unique. I am working on mines so i wont write that whole sentence on the drawing
