Worth a look around...
Nocturne stretched out as best as she could, simply watching as the crowds dispersed. True, it was that time of year she could actually stand to be awake some, but... well, some lambies needed five more minutes to be ready in the mornings, some needed about five more weeks. She closed her eyes, not quite asleep, but certainly not fully awake any more. Just /resting/, she told herself, and besides- it would be so much easier for her to check things out this way.
Her projection wasn't the most visible, but could easily be seen by anyone fairly observant, and this way she didn't have to worry about knocking into anyone too much, or crashing into more trees! And who knew what was out there tonight? Elder or not, Nocturne enjoyed the mystery, the simple joy of maybe there's something out there she doesn't know anything about yet!
She wandered for a short time, ranging out into the circle of trees just beyond the campsite. She heard the occasional shout, followed by some berating rants afterwards; apparently the imp lord wasn't the only one up to some tricks tonight. But something caught her eyes then- a strange shimmer, hard to see except for the way the moonlight fell on it and the way it was angled just above her paw. A patch of... fur? But it was unlike that of any lambie she'd seen so far this evening, and it seemed to shift colors as your position changed, remaining nearly invisible...
Nocturne blinked, her projection fading as her physical body awoke once again. "Sybil?" she called, looking towards her sister. "Has there been anyone nearby who... mmm... anyone you would say has similarities to a chameleon? There's some strange fur caught in the trees right outside the camp here..."
