I made my sona when I was a noob newbie and it only uses 3 colours. Neon blue, black, and white. See that wolf in my sig? That's her. She doesn't usually have those headphones....

And I agree. People have razor wings, scars, scarfs, 30 colors, butterflies, and any accessory that you can imagine. I mean, i doubt razor wings represents you?

~First thing I have to say before I say anything else <3 I love your sona it simple and absolutely adorable and the greys go together great! and I like how you write too haha

The reason I think sometimes people choose complicated designs for their sonas is for uniqueness! If all Sonas were uber simple they would all start to look the same and ive seen this happen, and some people are just more complex and like to use complex designs to describe their art <3 Despite this my Sona is creative ans also only has fur patter of greys but hes Unique and has a Tacoshell body. I believe that when they have all the wings and all that its simply expressing their imagination! what world would this be if everything was simple?

I think I know why. It's because they want it original. It's okay to have a simple sona but the more simple it is the easy it is for someone to steal a design. Like before, one of my characters was a white Akbash. (A rare white dog with a long monkey like tail. ) Since his design is so simple it's easy for people to say, "Oh, you stole my character and the like!"

But, I prefer simple sonas myself, though I do not have one.

I don't think there is anything wrong with having a complicated fursona. It shouldn't matter as long as the owner is happy with it, as it is their fursona. If they can relate to their crazy design and they like it then good. If you guys like your fursona's simple and can relate to them and like them, then that's also good. It's just a matter of who likes what, and not everyone likes the same thing.

My fursona isn't complicated because I want him to be super special and perfect, he's that way because I like the way it looks. Same goes for people whos fursonas are more simple. You like the way it looks. That's why you have it like that.

Why thank you <3 I love mittens.

And yeah there's the issue with originality but I agree with this:

I have nothing against people with complicated fursonas I just like to make art for people and I get a little stressed when the design is very complicated

ah I see. It did sound like you were complaining about people with complicated sonas earlier? {EDIT: maybe not so much you but just other people on the thread} But I was misinterpreting. Yeah I can see what you mean about drawing some designs can be difficult, I don't like to order art of my fursona at all because of his design getting messed up by everyone.
