A gift art for Effie of her adorable character, Scoops! Seriously give her art attention if you can it is SO cute lol
I knew I had to draw this baby immediately, no questions asked lol. The timer is so off I was distracted!

It's the funniest thing lolll my friend showed me the meme like 2 years ago? and it's rent free in my head, I just never had an opportunity to draw it till now
