For posting in color-in you just save the drawing once, but don't post it, then leave the page after saving the drawing, go to the editables oekaki, and right there, where the little tab that should say ' new drawing ' theres another one that says ' colored in '. Click on that. After your there, then click on New-Drawing, and post your colored-in WoI there!

Sappy is right that's how you can move any oekaki before posting, but after posting a mod will have to move it.
