I'm awful at art and even worse on Oekaki, and my art is not consistent. I'm also lazy, but you can try your luck.
Won't be drawing anthro and human/humanoid. You can try you luck with chibi/anime
I may work on here or on Clip on my iPad (mostly on Clip I'd imagine.) May or may not draw all. Just post and see what happens. But I won't make promises.
