You do not have to do her in human form I know you don't like to but I would like her in a wolf form I have not yet made one (note wolf not werewolf)
If you do her she should have a pure white coat
with a scar over her left eye that is blue and her other eye is green
She should have fairly long fur but not too long
Her tail should have longer fur then the rest of her coat
also she can have a lock of hair that falls over either eye
