Notification When Someone Replies to You

I am not sure if this has already been suggested (or if this is already a thing even), so please let me know if there is another topic on this.

There should be an toggleable option for notifications when someone replies to your post (which would trigger when someone uses your name while quoting something). I think this would be helpful for forums such as the Trading Advice Thread as it is quite busy and can be difficult to see when someone responds to you. Like I said, it would be toggleable, so people who are not interested in receiving these notifications can turn them off.
