Explicitly State When Summer Event Games are RNG-based

A problem I noticed with first the root beer shooting gallery in the Wild West Event, and then again with the Jousting this event. Despite the illusion of there being some element of strategy, the results of the games are predetermined RNG, but absolutely nothing discloses this. “If you're struggling, head back to the arena for more practice” in the jousting arena may even imply the opposite. I get that stating it’s just luck-based with extra visual flair might ruin the magic a bit, but I’ve seen it confuse both new and experienced players (I remember seeing a lot of debate abt the root beer game until staff had to confirm outright there was no strategy) and think even a small bit of clarification text could help a lot

I agree this should be clarified. The first few times I played the jousting game, I was trying to click right when the lance hit the target, and I was confused why sometimes it would hit and sometimes it wouldn't. I didn't realize it was random and requires no input until I saw someone else on the forum mention it.

I support this! Last year was only my 2nd ever participation in a summer event (I took a lot of breaks) so I genuinely wasn't aware that the games are always rng based so I was like "How am I so bad at this?!" 😭

i've done some jousts recently fully knowing they were RNG and have gotten some gambling excitement from it lol, like I'm praying the horse will hit the next target, kinda similar to horse racing but much more lowkey. it can still be immersive even if it is just a randomly chosen outcome

Support, although it's only really been an issues in the past few years. Generally, I think the rule is that if you win a prize, the result is random. The only non-RNG games seem to be things like Totoro Chase and the camping game.

Support I think it should have been explained it's RNG-based especially when it's event because some people just spammed their tokens away not knowing it's RNG :c
