Default the 'number to adopt' dropdown to max

Currently, the default on this dropdown when adopting is to adopt 1. This is hardly ever used, and there is even a warning against this in bold on the adoption page ("Make sure to adopt more than one and watch them change as they grow."). Why not just default to the maximum number to adopt? This will help out new and old players alike :)

support! every time i've invited my friends to cs, i always have to explain that they should use the drop down menu to adopt more than one outcome. usually they assume they're only allowed one of each species, so this would be a very new user friendly change

Support! This would just be a very nice QoL update for a lot of users! I think I've said this on a similar suggestion before too! Though that one was just about adopting all at once in general.

Support! I remember thinking that I could only adopt one way back when I first joined so I imagine that happens a lot. Also as I mainly use CS on mobile these days it would make adoptions easier.
