disable pet deletion page

i dont think it's ethical to delete pets, especially when you can just give them away.
imagine if someone hoarded sunjewels (or your favorite pet) and deleted them all, so not as many people could have one.
or imagine someone hoarding pets, deleting them, and purposely messing with the rarity.
i dont think this should be possible.
