I feel like these items can be released in two ways. Firstly, either a Black History Month event (This very post is in suggestions because I am also recommending a potential event- Just to clarify) next time around for a free release, or in the items store. However, it would be best for them to stay permanently in the store if they are released there, rather than have a limited stay, because they are such (or rather should be) a staple item.
