The suggestion is to introduce the ability to "follow" someone's dressups and get notifications for new dressups from them the same way you can get notifications for artists on oekaki. In the same vein, people who create dressups could get notifications for likes/comments on their work.
Considering that dressups already have their own separate pages, likes, comments, etc if they were entered into contests, my hope is that the coding used to notify & link to new oekaki drawings could be used for notifications to new dressups posted to the formal challenges.
Dressups do often take heaps of time and creativity, and I think it could be a fun addition to the community, especially considering that it could increase demand for items and make C$ store items a more attractive market.
