Increase the highlight contrast on trade pages

I have a small suggestion for the trade pages! When using the CSDullGreen or CSBusiness site themes (or mobile) it's very difficult to spot what page you're on when trading.



The highlight colour doesn't really stand out from the background color, and it's hard to see which page exactly you've clicked on. This is annoying when you're sorting through a large trade group, such as a commons group or "pets on your/your partner's wishlist" and want to keep track of what you've seen. It's extra difficult on mobile, where the links for the different pages are already very small.

nickjr also pointed out that the same thing goes for the pet display pages, the whilst, and the archives. These don't have a highlight, but rather the page you're on is shown in black text rather than as a blue link. The two colours are hard to differentiate and it's difficult to tell what page you're on.



My suggestion is to increase the contrast of the highlight or text with the background so that it's easier to see what page you're visiting.

One option might be to change the colour of the highlight, but since the background is already quite pale it might have to be a darker shade. For example (sorry about the terrible photoshop):



Another option might be to have buttons similar to the forum pages, which are a lot easier to differentiate:



I'd love to know whether people think this would be useful, and how it could be improved!

Whoops, thanks for the heads up on the other thread! I hadn't found that one. I'll let the mods call whether I should move this over there because woah, yeah, that's a lot of spiders, and it's very old.

Dark background with light text sounds great! I used the green above to keep up with the site theme, but it makes the numbers a bit hard to read, so dark+light would probably be a better combination.
