The population growth of CS is absolutely fantastic - but it makes posting within or being seen within some forums almost impossible.
Several forums right now move so quickly that you can post (example) at 1:21PM and have your post bumped off the front page within 30 seconds, making it impossible to be seen without constant bumping.
The Auctions and Trades forums are the two biggest offenders of this.
I suggest for these high-speed forums, a time limit be put in place (such as 1 bump per hour - it would be up to the mods to decide, but would essentially function the same way the Rare's List and Advent Swap threads currently do) so that posts can be seen for longer, as opposed to bumped off the first page within seconds.
This will slow the first page, give a wider range a better chance of being seen, as well as make it easier to sift through the people you have already traded with (as the posts will stay "gray" for longer than a few seconds and don't revert back to red until the next bump). Hopefully, it will mean more trades for everyone as well.
Obviously, this would not apply to discussion forums, or slow-moving forums, as this rule would hinder conversation and is largely unneeded.
Thank you for your time.
