*I sort of feel this might add lag to the site.
If all were visible at once, it would already be loaded by the time when the page is opened.

I don't think it would cause noticeable lag, maybe a second to load the list but not more than opening it currently. I'm not a coder so I have no idea, but I just don't think it would be noticeable
