Pet Design Suggestions (NEW RULE APRIL 20 2022)

This would maybe be best suited for a store pet set, but I'd love to see some prehistoric pet designs. I think a set of dinosaurs with known colors would be really cool- sinosauropteryx, anchiornis, microraptor, caihong, etc. There's already an altered chicken and macaw linearts for raptors that could be built on for these (or even the western dragons without wings.... but that might be too many additional edits needed), though personally I'd rather seen them done on chickens for more dress up options. Either way, I'd love to see more dinos in general ^^

Could we please have more pets based on real birds? I'd love see pets drawn to resemble the pelican, pūkeko, woodcock, northern flicker, coots, bitterns, and more. Something like how the chickens for the 12 days of christmas for this year's advent would be amazing, or maybe have it on macaws?

I would love more realistic snakes, but most specifically a red bellied black snake!

Edit: also, I second Bip’s suggestions, would LOVE to see more dinosaurs!

We got the cute crochet items in the store, so how about crochet pet litters?

Some small wild cats like pallas cat, fishing cat, etc.

Civits could wasily be put on otter lines with some small adjustments.

Lunar New Year is coming up!

For the Chinese New Year it's year of the fire horse
- I think a horse straight up made out of fire would be really cool, like the Malk fire elemental cat but a horse
- Mythical horses: Longma, Tianma, Qianlima
- Horses inspired by famous statues: horses from the Terracotta Army, Flying Horse of Gansu, etc.
- Would also love some draft horses, not just regular horses!

I'd also love to see inspiration from Tết Nguyên Đán, the Vietnamese celebration! I don't have specific ideas, so hopefully someone in that culture can elaborate ^^

I was jut remembering the baby March 2024 otter when I was so sure they were going to be based off of domestic cats and then they were based off of wild cats...
I really want domestic cat otters, it would be so cute!! A ginger tabby and a tortoiseshell and a calico and a tuxedo... it would be so cute!!

I would love to see sets of Christian Anderson OG stories-
i.e. The Little Mermaid, on I would recommend on horse, turned into sea horse designs. A young mermaid style, a regular earth horse of a captain. A random chance of a sea dog, and then have a small chance of the sea horse turning into a sea foam designed sea horse. And then of course a dark sea witch style of sea horse.

i know sighthound litters have been requested a couple times, but i think they would look really cute on the butterfly wolf lines, the proportions seem closer than the regular dog lines? something like this litter maybe?
i especially would love more brindle patterns for them but thats mostly because my dog is a bridle whippet cross & there arent any pets that really look like her yet!
