Something Needs to Be Done About C$ Inflation [POLL ADDED]

support! i am an oldie and the site has moved from casual to competitive and it drives/is driving new users away imo!!! i rarely trade aside from swaps because its so complex these days X__X

side note: how do people get c$ from trades? i see stores where you BUY, but what about for people(like me) who want to EARN c$? do i need to make a shop? im sorry if this is off topic, im just old and clueless X__X

Maybe there could be a bank function implemented? If you put some of your C$ in said bank, you can earn interest on it over time. This was done on HorseIsle and worked pretty well. The more C$ you had in the bank, the more you could earn -- but there was a certain limit. So say you had 5000 C$ in the bank (which we'll say is the cutoff), you can earn 50 C$ a day or something like that. But if you went over 5000 C$, you wouldn't get more than 50 C$ a day since that's the limit. Obviously the C$ to interest balance would have to be decided on in some way... but this would allow players to earn C$ easier.

edit; the interest could also vary over time depending on the demand/supply of C$ in the system.

Gay is right, C$ inflation needs to be addressed. The solution to make C$ fairer to all is very complex, as it is in real life.
The good thing is, inflation on C$ means there is demand, and that's good for CS players.
If the value of CS$ was going down, that would be bad indicator.
Prices may come down a little, but they will not go down to where they were UNLESS there is decreasing demand, and we don't want that.

How about, instead of gacha, there is a random generator that you can press everyday? There will be a tiny possibility that you can win the CHANCE to buy a randomly generated old storepet for a specific amount of C$ off the site. If you do generate a store pet, you can either buy it or not. It won't be gambling because you'll know what you're paying for before you buy. And it won't release too many store pets into the game because the chance will be tiny.

Maybe this could work like dec. 18th? Re-release old pets, VR, Rares, and even old items? or some kind of tokens you can trade in for the old rares or something? I know store pets aren't an option but even like C$ drops from logging on daily, like if you log in everyday for a week you get a couple C$ or a token for a gacha. I'm not too familiar with gacha so I'm not exactly sure how it could work
