[Suggestion] Allow others to organize pets with permissions

Howrse has something like this where you can account share with other users. they take care of your pets and stuff while you can't etc. it's a great thing on there and I think CS would benefit from something like that as well, especially for sorting.

Only support if this is off on all current and new groups by default as I do not want to have to go through my groups so people can't mess with them.

After discovering the cs helper I actually changed my mind about this one! It doesn't seem necessary now that we have a plugin that makes sorting pets easier :)
I'm neutral about this suggestion now
