It's uplifting and rare when a site I really love truly listens to feedback and makes the users feel heard, so the mid-month update notice totally made my day.

ive been watching this thread for awhile now, and i have to say, im glad it's started having a noticeable impact.
i genuinely appreciate the implementation of the monthly updates so much, it makes such a difference.
the radio silence from the admins in between events often got really uncomfortable for me, so i see this as a huge step forward.

I used to play often during 2019 on a forgotten account of mine. However, now that I've came back from an extremely long hiatus I see people quitting left and right. I agree with this notion and that they should definitely sell the game. There isn't as much vigor as there was in the first several years of the game, and the game play has already gotten stale and repetitive even though I've only been playing for a month.

Pet values have hyper-inflated due to demand, making trading extremely infuriating at times.

I don't want this game to die. At best, the site is most active during events and dies once they end. I know for a fact the admins have put in much love and effort into creating this site. However, if they don't sell it to someone with invigorating ideas or an entity with much experience with video games, the player base will continue to dwindle further.

I haven’t voted in the poll because of this. Resetting votes isn’t that bad of a thing if the poll doesn’t include all options.
I don’t agree with selling CS but agree with the other things in this thread. There’s no option for people of my opinion in this poll tho.
Because I do agree CS is dying.

And no, I don’t think CS is doing fine.
So I won’t vote because the one option that slightly resembles that yes, CS needs help, also says I agree it needs to be sold which isn’t true.

If you’re worried about missing votes just screenshot the poll currently with it’s results and save it on the thread.
I don’t really care either way if there’s a new poll, I should add, but thought I’d voice why I haven’t voted in it.

it was mentioned when this thread didn’t have so many votes to add broader options but i think it was brushed over. personally i feel its way too late to do it now

perhaps just change the title of the poll? i believe that won't reset the votes.

Hello! I’m in the very slow process of trading everything on CS for FR. I thought I should share my opinion on why i’m quitting after three years of experience on this site.

pinging
While at first appearance it doesn't seem to be a big issue, the consequences of not having a “pinging” system is big. Since CS currently does not have a pinging alert system, players are not able to see replies to their threads or post. This means that if a player wants to see if someone has responded to them they have to constantly check back on the threads they have posted in. This is a hassle and often times people forget they are waiting for a response or they simply don’t see a response. In my opinion a pinged system would help players better communicate between each other. This would help to fosters a stronger tie to the community and would make someone more reluctant to leave if they have a good relationship with the game’s community.

Repetitive
there really isn’t anything new that is added to the game besides different pet and item designs. The advents and the way to get advent tokens haven’t changed. Other holiday such as new years a player simply click adopt pets. besides adopting theres trading. They’re has to be something that can be added to regain interest in the game base. Additionally, besides line edits there has been 1 new type of pet line added, parrots. I don’t know how this would be fixed
Half thought ideas, no idea if possible with coding, ect...

-A more emphasized guessing which is which staff pet month. Guessing which pet belongs to which staff is really fun! its a good way to get community involvement and for the community to interact with the staff. Too bad it isn’t heavily advertised that way.
-more community based events !

Maybe it’s just me and i’m completely wrong about this, but it’s next to impossible to work with it on a hand held device without screwing something up. With a lot of players playing on their phone it limits the amount of people who are able to submit work tot he site.

Overall i’ve loved the game and i’ve bought a couple packs of C$ to support the site! However it’s gone stale. I don’t want to see the site die or get actually sold. The mid month updates felt like they were actually listening

I dont think this poll is what this thread is for. We want to open up the eyes of the staff, the ones who can fix things. We want to help 'revive' cs.
Its not the goal to have tess and nick actually sell it.
