Supporting again, but I do just want to say, and hopefully comfort people, this isn't Chicken Smoothie's fault. The issues that have been happening recently are due to another site's security breach, and those getting hacked are people who used the same email and password for both sites. If you haven't done that, you're pretty safe!

Still, we do need extra security for instances like this.

major support, the amount of accounts hacked today alone is enough to make me insanely paranoid of everyone I interact with on this site, and the fact that cs users are having to document/keep track of these hackings is ridiculous. how hard is it to install 2fa on a site such as this one if it means risking multiple other accounts being exploited + hundreds of trades being reversed?

SUPPORT! I just had a trade reversed FOR AN ADOPT ART because someone must have gotten compromised. Their name changed and everything. 2FA would help so much

Support. Also, since this majorly impacts the already miniscule trading scene, and makes everyone in it paranoid, and everyone unaware of the hacking vulnerable, why no public announcements on the home page?

I recommend for everyone to turn off their trading for now until some form of 2FA is implemented. I'm super paranoid as well. For so much to happen in the span of a week? Insane stuff really.

seconding! also if you can, make sure to change your passwords to something more secure!!!! with the state of the site, it's the best thing to do.

I've just come back from a break and I can't find anything anywhere about what happened. Did the site get hacked? I've been seeing return trades?? What's going on? Should I stop trading?
