SUPPORT! with how big cs has gotten, there's no way nick can code new updates singlehandedly - he has his own life like everyone else so for that burden to be weighted on his shoulders only must be overwhelming, and so for him to have more help would be beneficial for not only him but the community!

support, it is simply unreasonable for a site with hundreds of thousands of accounts to rest on the shoulders of a single coder. one person isn't always going to be there when need be - things happen.
