I support. I've thought about this before, too.

I tend to dress my pets up a lot, so I tend to need/want duplicate items. But when I no longer need that particular item anymore, it gets quite annoying having to go through the archive and try to remember where the item came from, what year, etc. It would be very useful to have this, and I hope Nick/Tess can have it happen soon.

So, I noticed that when you accept a trade with a pet on your wishlist, the next time you open up your wishlist it tells you that you received the pet and asks if you want to remove it. However, the same thing does not happen with items. I find this to be kind of frustrating, because there are some items I don't want doubles of, and I have a huge item wishlist, and can't spend time searching through the whole item archive. I would suggest having a similar system as with pets, so it pops up when you open your wishlist for easy removal.
