From what everyone is saying the pound would be better with an increase in pets and more openings. I'll also point out the daily cap that doesn't need to be a thing as the website isn't exactly so busy that someone would ruin it for others by adopting a few times a day.

Idea : maybe once every month you get a dice roll that cycles through EVERY pet on the site and gives you a random one from the entire pool, giving freshies a monthly chance to grab something yummy!

screw it, i say jack up the pound capacity WAY up cuz when the heck are we gonna go through 800k+ pets at a rate of 1k at a time

RIGHT? ive come across a few OMGSR pets in the pound (found them while snooping old threads) but itll probably be years until we see those in the pound openings.

maybe.. 5K pets at a time, players can snatch 2 pets each opening?

And maybe make it so that the rare pets are more randomly dispersed so it's actual random chance and not just... first come first serve?

100% agree. i feel like they should change the way pound pets are displayed when you refresh. so every time you refresh, theres a random mix of pets instead of the pets being displayed by date. this could also solve the problem of people who instant click, so this would make people actually LOOK at the pets on their page and increase chances of getting rares. :3

How would legacy litter releases sound? Maybe not necessarily as a part of the Advent re-releases but still something that only happens once a year. A pound event would be nice too. I've given up on trying to get any pets from the pound otherwise. It's always on the last few pets or in the Lost in Found ¯\_(ツ)_/¯



I wish there were nostalgic events, where we could get old pets and items, not a large quantity to change rarity, but give everyone a chance to get their dreamies qnd the opportunity to trade for older pets. Also, I'd love to see items designed by players in the store. Someone mentioned it pages back, but I don't know who.

BUT otherwise, back on topic- to earlier comments, i think three suggestions that stuck out to me that could help are:
- a second december 18th scheduled at a different time of the year, OR more boxes when december 18th comes.
- increased pound openings, even if just in events- like every few months or something, similar to the birthday event in 2018 (?).
- i think the december 18th for items would be cool too! even if not on the genuine december 18th, putting some random items back into circulation would be nice.

Just want to point out for C$ that it's entirely based irl and there's a lot going on right now that make purchasing terrible, speaking for myself I don't buy nearly as much as I used to due to inflation/recession and the cost of living skyrocketed while my pay essentially remained the same. Probably the same for many people, not much chicken smoothie can do unless currency rates get out of hand
