How long does it take, for your pet to show its rarity?

Pets from the current month won't show their rarity straight away when they grow up. At the end of each month (usually, sometimes the updates are late/early for various reasons) there is a rarity update that assigns all the new pets with their rarity tags and updates some old pets - which is why pets gradually change from common to uncommon, rare to very rare, etc.
Re-releases from December 18th will get their rarities as soon as they are fully grown - unless they are that year's UR pets, in which case they will get their tags in the update ^^

Do you mean how do you enable it? If so, you can enable it by going to your Control Panel, clicking on Java and going to the Security panel. Make sure that the "enable Java content in the browser" box is ticked.
Or you can follow this guide to make sure it's enabled in your browser settings.

If you mean how do you lower your security settings for Java, follow the same directions above to your Control Panel >> Java >> Security and lower the settings a bit, then refresh Oekaki.

First of all, click on Forums (one of the big word banners near the top of the page), and select which board you want to post the thread in. Once you've selected it and you've gone to the board's main page, just below the ad near the top of the page, right next to the search function, is a button called NEWTOPIC*. It'll take you to the posting page, and all you have to do is fill out the title and the text box and click submit! ^_^

Do you mean Oekaki?

If so, select an Oekaki board. When the board's main page pops up, there's a button underneath the Oekaki Rules & Information on the left called NEWDRAWING. Click that, and you can draw! But make sure you read the Oekaki Rules to make sure you don't get a warning!

Just wondering, is there any existing list of all blacklisted sites on CS? I have seen people complaining of "This has to be approved by a mod" and stuff like that, and I am really curious about it. Help?
