support! It would fix the quote reply issues where it makes posts awfully long. Not everyone uses the whole "-snip-" thing and might clog up forums by using quotes to reply to multiple posts. Pings would fix this issue immediately and mods would no longer have to clean up overly long quote posts since it would be easier to use pings.

This feature really needs to be implemented, ive been missing things for years in threads as no notifications or coming back to them late. Most forums I know have it and it is very useful. Plus you can disable it.

no but the fact that i was JUST looking to see if anyone had suggested this and if not i was going to...
full support. i really think this would be helpful for rather fast-moving threads or threads like the 'is this a fair trade' thread where a reply specifically to you could be missed.
i do think users should be able to turn the notifs off like how you can turn off emails and pms (for trade notifs or reply notifs or just in general), which has been said before i think!
