Suggestion: Pings avaliable on CS? 400+ SUPPORT!

I am torn on this...

while it sounds like a great idea that would be very useful, I feel like it might take away the “forum” feel of CS that I really like; calm, chill, no pressure.


And on the other hand, I feel like it wold be an awesome feature to have! Maybe I’m overthinking it, and it wouldn’t change the feel at all haha.

But I’m just not sure if I’d like to be notified every time somebody quotes me on a thread...idk if anyone here is part of EggCave, but they have a similar feature and my notifications get so clogged...anybody else feel this way?

Yes please! Whenever I was a newbie and unfamiliar with the rules, I had a thread that was breaking a rule and a mod posted a warning on that thread. Since it was a trade bump thread I didn’t think I needed to check replies and ended up getting banned for a bit. If the mod was able to ping me I would've been aware that I was breaking a rule before I was banned.
