I agree!! I use this site for commissions and I'm having to shut down what I love doing because of the security of this site....I just want to go back to drawing for virtual pets, not protesting for change.

I've had to cancel payment worth nons for this, as well as payment for art that I have already made steady progress with or nearly finished. This security issue is messing with more than just trading, it messes with absolutely everyone. We need change.

That’s just insane. I have hundreds of c$ on hold for art, I’m so scared the artists I’m paying are going to loose it

Support - for a game that allows buying game currency with real money, there should definitely be more security measures in place to help prevent account breaches. 2fa would be a big step in the right direction.

I'm hesitant to accept any trades, which makes it a pain because I'm doing commissions and trading/selling characters. I don't want to be on a website where I offer services/goods for a potential to get completely scammed by the website itself.

huge support. i never really thought about how cs had next to no security measures with password changes/logging into until all this happened and it *definitely* needs to change. the fact that people are shying away from just trading normally, which is the main point of the game, says it all. there is no cs without trading. we need more security & way more communication than we're currently getting.
