they are robots/computer programmes who browse websites in order to train artificial intelligence/AI models (like chatgpt). the ones that have been on chickensmoothie are exclusively looking for text-based content, so they are likely trying to learn about how natural language is formed so they can replicate it

Oh I'm dumb I thought it was someone who reads only on the computer, you learn new things everyday

Trouble with that is it's hard for some to read some colors / special characters or smaller text.
