New Years tab for items

I suggested this in the general archive/categorization pinned thread and I still think it should be a thing. It's the only holiday we have had consistently that does not have its own category.

Yep, agreed, we get New Years items every year, so I def think we should have a category for it.

Support as what's weirder is that some infrequent releases [ex. (American) Thanksgiving and Kwanzaa] have gotten item categories despite having only had releases 2 or 3 times
