let us block threads

Yes please!
I've posted in so many forum games/threads that was meant to be just a one-time posting event (ex. "how did you find chicken smoothie", "what loot does the above user drop" etc.) and they keep popping up, it's a little bit annoying to be frank.

Support!! I see threads in the "latest posts" section that I do not want to interact with/see at all a couple times a week so I'd love to be able to remove them for myself <3

Not trying to discredit anyone who supports this, I can understand the appeal, but if it's really an issue of forum games or other threads hiding somewhere down the my post lists, can't you just bookmark the ones you need easy access to?
In regards to blocking them so they don't show up on recent posts, that I could support. It's kind of annoying sometimes when I'm looking at the recent posts block for trading partners, and the user made adoptable threads go off like craaaaazy for their daily things. But also, that only really lasts for like 15 minutes or so typically, so it's only a few and far between irritation.

in my case, a few threads that make me majorly uncomfortable are threads i never contributed to and i wish to stop seeing when i am looking for new forum games for example (where one of these threads is) or new threads to contribute to in general. while yes, bookmarking might work for some people, i personally want to keep unimportant stuff out of bookmarks.

agreed! maybe after you block a thread itll appear in a section next to blocked players and you can unblock from there

Hell why don't we have a separate thing from my posts where you can add and remove topics so that you personally can choose what you see, separate from bookmarks because let's be real it's suer clunky to get to bookmarks.
If that is impossible maybe add my bookmarks to the my account bar to make things a bit easier to access
