A CS board theme for Thanksgiving

The pun is cute but I'm not sure how I feel about it actually being implemented, given that CS has a pretty global audience and Thanksgiving is a very country-specific holiday (not to mention that it's celebrated on different days and in different ways in different places). Heck, we don't even usually get pet releases for it.

I would like to see more board themes in general, though.

Christmas is kinda like that, except we do get more pets.

Living in Europe, I honestly have no Idea what "Thanksgiving" is about, all I know is that it is some American Bank-Holiday...!, in Novb or Decb, no Idea what it is about. sorry...!

We probably wouldnt get pets at all, it would just be a new board theme.

For people who don't celebrate the holiday, or are traumatized by the holiday for whatever reason, they should be able to turn off the theme and then navigate the site as normal, avoiding the holiday pets and threads. Changing the name would force people to engage with the holiday even if they didn't want to.

this ^ Christmas is different from this, because it's celebrated by many people all around the world. Thanksgiving is, like Pyromaniacal said, a country-specific holiday. But I don't think changing the art for some time would hurt anyone, so I support this idea

A lot of people are taught an incorrect story of Thanksgiving as children and never unlearn it unfortunately.
