As a loyal follower of Chicken Smoothie, I have played for almost a decade. That's 120 months; or 3650 days; or 315360000 seconds.

But more importantly, it's a decade of almost no change. Or rather, it's a decade of almost no change that we know of. The fact of the matter is, as regular members of Chicken Smoothie, we are in the dark. The inner workings of CS are a private, confidential matter.

The majority of the time, we aren't informed of an update until it's available and has been set in place.

However, on March 26, 2020, Tess announced that in the coming future, the Oekaki would receive an update. The freelance artists of CS rejoiced. They had something to look forward to.


This is what we need. We deserve to know what's going on. We need more communication.

As big as CS is, it feels like there are way too few updates and from what users can see, not many or any that are a WIP

im sure it would also give the site more attention- people telling their friends who stopped playing about an update, and maybe you'd get an old player back. or just people posting excitedly about an update

maybe a 'minor news' or 'internal news' tab in the site news on the front page. so people can see that oh, a glitch or bug just got fixed, or explain any issues or errors going on. i think just more small bits of transparency would go a long way
