[Suggestion] Allow others to organize pets with permissions

SUPPORT!! (she screams from beneath her unsorted pets from 2013 onwards) there are a whole lotta kids with way more free time than me on here and I bet I could put their free time to very, very good use

This suggestion could probably go well with Locking, naming, and deleting multiple groups. I know that if I were to ever give someone permission to sort my groups, I would be locking all of my already-sorted groups from being messed with, and........... for me that's a lot of groups................ -eyes her list of groups-

I doubt itll ever get implemented but support! I love to sort, ive logged into many cs accounts to help people sort and it always feels a bit risky lol would rather help from my account then to know someones password!
