For Oekaki, someone should make a version so that people who don't have Java, or so, can still draw. It's really frustrating because the only how I am able to draw would be on my computer, and its really hard to with a mouse. I don't have a drawing tablet, only an iPad-mini, so it sucks not to be able to draw on Oekaki.

Then why not make a app for the okekai then? You just download the app, type in your username and password, then just start drawing! Then click on submit and it is on!

It's not quite as simple as that. The oekaki works with Chibipaint, an application that requires Java. You cannot just make a drawing app that can upload images to the server without the use of something like Java, and Java does not run on iPhones and iPads. It's simply not possible.

If you want to draw on the oekaki, you need a computer. I'm sorry. :c
