Make PMs have friends only option

Sometimes I dont want random messages from people but Id like to keep my messages open to friends if they needed something, I do not want to turn them entirely

This is already an option, in your friends & blocked users settings. Under PM filtering, the 3rd option down is for only friends and staff to be able to message you;
