All Event Suggestion Thread

this is such a long shot but CS turns 18 this year... time to get that driver's license with a sitewide roadtrip!! cars for the smaller species, a bunch of different backgrounds for all the places we're visiting, sideroad shows, diners, late night roadtrips.... very very summer event coded as well, i feel like

It's Friday the 13th and I've always thought it would be super fun to get a mini event based on superstitions on a Friday the 13th.

It could be good or bad superstitions. Lucky numbers, black cats, broken mirrors, horseshoes etc.
It could be well known ones as well as more obscure or local ones from all around the world.

And it could be both pets and items ^.^

Next time is actually already next month, 13th of March or if that's too soon the 13th of November is also a Friday.

City Zoo / Safari Summer event!
You could be taken on Safari or on a tour to the city zoo and collect tickets, animal feed, or gift shop items in order to redeem for pets
We definitely could get one or more sets of big cats on the lion line art, I definitely nominate Jaguars as well as a set of tiger mutations because we don't even have a white tiger on the lion lines yet! Maybe even highlight some obscure big cat color mutations such as strawberry leopards!
Bears either on the wolf or big cat line art with some obscure species such as sloth bears or spectacled bears
Macaws!
Dogs dressed up like zookeepers, Safari guides or park goers
Items that can be used to make a zoo enclosure around your pet such as information signs for different species or fences as well as tons of Zoo gift shop merchandise such as plushies and t-shirts
If you go with a safari theme you could have a whole bunch of obscure African animals such as maybe hyrax on the rabbit or guinea pig lines
Maybe a set of squirrels to represent the wild squirrels you often find roaming zoos
Peafowl or peafowl themed pets are a must! It would be great if you could include females or color mutations! Purple peafowl are a thing!
Seals edited to be sea Lions/balancing a ball on their nose!
Elephants on the draft horse lineart!
Przewalski's horses! Maybe some realistic zebra species and subspecies
Tapir on the pony lines!
A set of dogs themed around different iconic animal prints such as zebra and leopard
Monkeys that resemble various species of primates such as Gibbons and macaques!
Snakes that resemble species such as Burmese pythons and anacondas or maybe black mambas
Smaller African wild cats like servals and caracals
Komodo dragons on the seal line art
Maybe fennec foxes edited to have smaller ears and a bigger snout to represent American red foxes which are common at zoos!

It would be really cool if there could be a celebration of other Jewish holidays besides Hanukkah! Some suggestions:

Purim is a really fun holiday, you can do pets wearing costumes, pets themed after Purim foods like Hamentashchen, pets themed after groggers/noisemakers. It's coming up a bit too soon (March) for it to happen this year, but maybe next year?

Passover has a lot of themes to draw from: pets based off of the plagues (blood, frogs, locusts, mad cow disease, night, etc...), pets based on foods like matzah, matzo ball soup, items on the seder plate (boiled eggs, shank bone, bitter herbs, fresh greens, etc). I feel like as long as you're not making pets that are cosplaying Moses or something, it's open enough. I wouldn't mind non-jews having frog plague pets or a matzah pet, haha.

Sukkot is such a cool holiday and it's in the fall so you have lots of time for it! I would love love love to see a set of pets based on the seven species (wheat, barley, figs, pomegranates, dates, grapes, olives). Also pets based on the lulav and etrog...?

Rosh Hashanah is also in the fall and yes it is one of the holiest days of the year but it is ALSO the Jewish new year! The Lunar New Year is celebrated regularly so why not the Jewish one too, at least once? Pets themed after round challah and apples and honey. You could also theme it after a Rosh Hashanah seder (a sephardic and mizrahi jewish tradition).
