oh no, I mean you can make characters based off the Weeple, BUT, some might have colors and schemes similar to characters (Weeple 18 on batch 1 is themed after a character made by my partner!)

Oh, but would it be okay if I did end up making a character based on the weeple? In my own design, but weeple will be credited. I don't want to just go ahead and do it if its not okay ^^
