I tried with the ocean and cliffs and stuff, but if you don't like how it looks, (which is very understandable, I don't mind) or it doesn't make sense within the context of her story, (I'm not sure if she's allowed in the water, as part of her exile and her powers, yknow, not being able to be with the sea-life?) I can make her bigger and then just ex-nay on the BG. I imagine her as someone who can stare at you in murderous silence, so that's why I went for something less, crazed-with-fury, but still, very angry. I chose the scene’s elements by trying to contrast the beauty of the oceans colors, Cherish herself, as well as the warmth of the barely setting sun with the oncoming storm clouds and her dark expression.
