The avatar size 100x100 is good! c: If you feel that it’s not turning out right on that size, 300x300 would be okay if it can be shrunken down. ^u^

as for pricing I'm assuming some form of fullbody is what you are wanting so ((sketch fullbody) 300c$ + (rough colour) 100c$ + (cellshading) 100c$ = 500c$ for first character. 500c$x0.6 = 300c$ per each additional character + 200c$ for a detailed sketch bg. so a total of 1300c$ if that works for you!)
