Forewarning: Since this will be my main hub, there will be a lot of reading and options. I'll try to make it as clear as possible, but it will still require you to read through quite a few things. If you are someone that skips reading rules or instructions, this may not be the shop for you. Of course, if you've been following me for a while, you already know that my rules sometimes end up being paragraphs; this is just a fair warning before the storm. I will be separating some of it into different posts to help along, but, otherwise, prepare your brain.

TL;DR: I am a wordy person. This shop will require a lot of reading. Prepare yourself.

Note:
- Avatars come with: A lined and flat colored headshot of your character (unless paying for extra additions), and a border/background that fits the character
- Reference sheets come with: A fullbody of your character, an eye ref, a paw ref (if applicable), a name label, a color palette, and a simple bg themed to the character
- Adopt sheets come with: At least one fullbody, lock alpha color, color palette, and optional numbers (if more than one); if you want shading, you must pay extra

General Rules:
- Follow CS rules
- Do not remove my signature from the finished piece
- Credit my Toyhou.se @gardog for the finished piece (link in sig)
- Wait for me to approve your order before sending payment with an acceptable trade (it will not be accepted until I am done and I will not start until it is sent (you will have 48 hours to send payment or else your order will be canceled))
- If your payment trade is canceled while I'm working on your order, your order will have a sizable watermark over it until payment is resent and accepted
- I have the right to decline any order for any reason
- You may offer pets and/or art as payment instead of C$, but there's no guarantee that I will accept
- If I happen to accept art as payment (and I finish your order before your end is complete), your order will have a watermark and overlay over it until your end has been completed (feel free to put a watermark and such over your end if you finish before me)
- I cannot draw robots/cyborgs very well and I tend to completely avoid overly complicated designs (so if your order includes something that falls under these categories, your order will have a higher chance of being rejected)
- I must be given at least a month's time to complete each order; if it takes longer than a month, your order may be given a discount or become free, depending on circumstances
- (NEW) I will no longer be giving myself a set time to complete any orders due to how often my motivation and overall health fluctuate. That being said, you are allowed to request the amount of progress I have made on your order at any time AFTER a full month (30 days) has passed if you have not yet received your finished order.
- (NEW) I have added my TOS underneath these rules, please read and follow them
- If I really like your character, I may add more detail to them than you're paying for as a gift; you can strive to make me draw characters that I might like, but good luck with that
- If ordering more than one piece, please fill out individual order forms for each piece and send payments for each separately (different trades). Keep in mind that each piece will count for a slot (2 slots for 2 pieces, 3 slots for 3 pieces, etc.).
- These rules are subject to change at any time

TOS ::
-Never remove my sig(s) from the finished product(s)
-You may post my art and designs offsite with proper credit to my Toyhou.se account;

-You may not use my art or designs for commercial use without permission
-You may not add IRL monetary value to your character using my art
-You may not use my art in an AI generation program, use it to teach AI how to art, or turn my art into an NFT

Rules for MYOs/Closed Species:
- Everything you ask for must follow the rules of the specific species and of CS
- You are in charge of getting permission to have me make the MYO if it is a permission-based species
- You must prove to me that you have the MYO (you can do that by linking their bank/archive or linking the post that proves you bought the MYO)
- If the species requires me to join their Discord/community in order to make an MYO, then do not ask me to make an MYO for that species
