Description of world:
In a manmade world with the species Shadow Flitz living within it, Ura is placed in a world that is surely the beginning to a modern day legend. While the village he lives in is not quite caught up to societal norms, he's about to discover that it's not simply due to modern day times giving up on them, but to a barrier known as The Veil. And as the only one able to define the difference between his world and what awaits beyond it, he discovers he is in grave danger.

Within this Veil, he'll learn far more about himself than he dared to and discover that his father may have been the reason it exists.

Personality: Ura is a boy of many words. He speaks often, sometimes too much, with excitement in his voice and happiness in his eyes. He's quick to stumble over his own tongue and has a bad habit of talking over others. But truthfully he's not so bad.

He just has an awful lot to say!

This chatty nature makes it rather easy for the lil scrap to get into all kinds of trouble. Especially given that he's not too bright on when to hush. Still, he's certain when he grows up he'll be great! He just knows it! In addition to his jabber jaw, this flitling is larger than life. Bursting with energy that just won't stop! And at times it really should.

History: Born into a bright world, Ura seems to be nothing too out of the ordinary. Strange perhaps but nothing too odd from a human point of view. Living in a small but secluded village further out from cities and people. Or so it seems. But Ura has a secret that he's been keeping from everyone he knows. Deep in the forests that surround his home is a strange creature. And that creature is his father.

Ura isn't sure why he and his father are this way and he can't just travel with him yet, but he's not happy about it. Despite his best efforts to make friends, it is a bit hard given his personality.

He questions everything he comes across and is viewed as a nuisance because of it. It leaves him feeling quite lonely as others don't like him very much. They believe him to be a problem child or know-it-all and he gets bullied often. But he'll never tell his father the names of the ones who punch him. Or the ones who he hits back and gets pulled out of classes for. The ones that laugh in his face and call him awful names. He doesn't want him to worry or to seem weak. He can handle a dumb bully but it hurts him a bit more each time.

His father is nothing like what the world he's grown up with is. He's huge, like a dragon (at least to him) and the nicest guy he knows. His cuddles are warm and if he was a braver flitz, he'd spill everything about his bullies. He wishes he knew why his father doesn't go near the village. He wishes he did so he'd stop hearing the adults whisper about him. But it's not so bad.

He loves traveling through the forest to meet him, loves the journey they take through them and beyond before he gets taken back. But he hates how he's left all alone. He hates that part the most.
