Found it. Please do not copy my answer but it is behind the baby apps deer that is on the right of the blue scorpion on the bottom left corner area. I think so that is y best answer so far!

Nvm I think it could be on the right side between the apps white horse and blue dog, behind the pps deer, or under the blue dog. Btw what for the blue dog with the black collar in the bottom left corner of the picture? Im trying to collect all cs collar dogs.
