Creating a post-apocalyptic pet site!

EDIT: I found someone to do the coding for it! If you want to also help, it would be appreciated greatly! I'm also looking for any help with drawing backgrounds/maps! I could also use help naming some of the pets/creature species ive drawn or anyone who wants to give constructive criticism/feedback on different aspects of the site! So anyone who feels like helping creatively with it are welcome! I have a discord server just for the building of the website so feel free to join! Just shoot me a PM and I'll give you a link!


I'm looking for someone to help me build a pet website. I have the art side of things mostly covered(I'm not great with backgrounds) and the premise of how it functions, but I need someone who knows how to code and implement everything. I have no idea where to start in terms of finding a website host or how to code.

Premise of website: the world is post-apocalyptic(not necessarily earth), it includes rescuing/adopting mutated animals from the wastelands to keep them from going extinct, along with using special creatures made in a lab to regrow plant life and help clean the planet of garbage/debris.

I have tons of writing detailing different aspects of the game and it will implement the 'growing' of creatures like chickensmoothie does. Other than a few similar mechanics, it's quite different from chickensmoothie, as I want it to be its own thing.

I made a small discord server for easy sharing of ideas and pictures for the website.
some aspects of this game are things I've spent almost 15 years creating and it's very close to my heart. I've always wanted to create a pet website.

This will be a passion project as I don't have much money to spare and struggle with bills. I would like to implement things for people to use real money to buy currency on the site, but that may be one of the last things to add as I'm not doing this to try making a profit and wouldn't want people spending money on an unfinished product. I simply want to create an interesting world and game that I've had in my head for a long time.

I also just want someone I can bounce ideas off of for different names of creatures and whatnot about the site. There's a lot I'm unsure of and would love feedback on, so anyone who's creative can join my discord server for it and toss ideas forward when I have questions! And maybe someone who likes making backgrounds for things like the map and backgrounds to put on pets.
