Eldemore (can't find Discord server!)

Hello, welcome to my small ted talk loI - I'm gonna give a brief-ish run down of Eldemore
TLDR; Eldemore went on hiatus in 2017, has been closed since, the developers have been silent for years and I want a link to this rumored Discord server they're updating on.

Also, does anyone else feel like they need to archive stuff about Eldemore...? I'm very confident that by this point, the developers aren't coming back and the site will be taken down before long.

Eldemore is a site that's very similar to CS (probably the closest that I've stumbled upon), but has a more fantasy focus on its pets. The site took a hiatus in December of 2017 and closed its registration to new users. The developers stated that they were going to revamp the website with aims to relaunch in 2018 (as is stated in this post, screenshot).

The developer, Zayin, would post an update for 2018, two for 2019, and one final one for 2021 (found here, screenshot 1, screenshot 2, screenshot 3), offering updates on what they've been working on. There's been no updates since the 2021 post from any of the moderators or Zayin.

There are only four members that are either mods or admin, including Zayin.

I can only find Zayin on Eldemore and a blank DeviantArt profile and haven't been able to find any other socials. I've actually managed to find Benathorn's DeviantArt, but it has been inactive since 2020. I also found Jendalie, the site artist, (or Jendalee)'s DeviantArt, but it's also been inactive, since 2021. Also found a blog going over some tragedies in the years between 2017 and 2018, explaining why progress has been slow and the inactiveness during those years and surrounding.

I don't want to bother the developers/mods/admin/whoever of this site, I just want to know where people are hearing about updates from. The Facebook page doesn't seem to be updated at all (since 2016 I think?), I can't access Twitter, and I keep hearing of a Discord server but haven't been able to find a link anywhere.

I haven't heard any updates on Eldemore for a very long time. I cannot find this server either. I am worried that the site is dead.

ok so last update wasnt to us it was to the mods in the mods server but they shared that zayin said they where still working on it that was january 2023 they renew the domain every year, last official update was on eldemore 2021

this thread has a eldemore discord i joined a few days ago, its not extremely active but there is like 50 members and i got a trade through it. i want more people to join so we can share nostalgia

I believe quite a while back, it was actually the Oriental Jader discord the received a few updates on the current status of Eld, but it's now pretty much inactive.

I believe at least Jendalie has an Instagram, but it's private.

Startedraining is the one that's had the most contact with them over the years so that's where I hear any snippets of information from. A couple of things have been shared in the eld discord server that Himarry joined, but the admins aren't in that server, so any information is coming second-hand.

All in all, we don't really have any big source of information, Discord or otherwise, but you're welcome to join for the little nostalgic community that's still floating around. ^^

it really is a shame hoping for the return can genuinly be disheartning at times ngl but i love the site.

Edit: I just know when eldemore returns it will have a flood of people just like the first release i talk to people in cs discords often about the game and many of them had expressed the shame of not getting to play before haitus

I haven't really been in the discord server myself (I joined it now just because, lol), I'm not very active on discord at all truthfully. xD

But yeah, I find it sad that if they did share updates or the status of how the update is going that they didn't do it much in the forums at eld. It's overall sad regarding the lack of updates and such in the past few years, I do understand that life happens and one put the strength where it's needed and such (I am the same, when I feel the worst I completely shut out social media to give myself time to heal). But at least a small "hi, we're alive and we haven't forgotten this site" would really have eased one's mind and make one worry a little less about their well beings as well. Since it sort of turned into worrying about them as well and not just about the site itself (at least for me it did). And I wasn't part of the staff for a long enough time to stay in touch with anyone outside eldemore either (and when eldemore was up and running many dropped CS just to be over there), partly because my personal life literally went downhill into the depths of darkness soon after and I stepped down again. So I was keeping a bit of a distance for a few years - as said, I drop social media when I need to heal.


Anyhow, somewhere deep within I still hope that the site comes back at some point, since I'm in the club who started out when the Runes were just adoptable here on CS and I adore my three boys beyond words. They never made it to eldemore when they were going to start transferring the ones made here on CS, but they've been more than just "adoptables" to me anyway throughout all these years since they started out as characters for me here. Which reminds me that I should make sure to have time to make a reference for Nagaz at some point in December, since his birthday is coming up soonish too. (:
