What about money?
there are two forms of money: Alacash and Bones.
Alacash: In game money, everyone gets by selling items, dogs, or playing games. All are easy to come by. You even get interest in the bank on friday's if you collect it manually. Each player gets $100 alacash every day they log in
Bones: Bones are harder to come across. the conversion rate is 1 Bone=$1USD. They are equivalent to about $25,000 alacash technically, but you can auction them off for more if you wanted to other players (most people do). You can sell dogs and items for Bones. You need Bones to create a custom pet (minimum of 10 Bones I believe). You can use Bones to upgrade your account to get extra perks as well, to get things such as rare items, training perks, and extra kennel space for more dogs.
Feel free to ask more questions about anything related to Alacrity and I will answer to the best of my ability! I have played since 2011, and know quite a bit of the websites history from experience. It can be sort of difficult to navigate at first but eventually you can get the hang of it!
The site just needs a new wave of popularity and some love. There are coding errors, yes, but if we got some more support, more people actively playing and funding the website, we could get these errors fixed and it could be restored to its former glory.
