HELP WANTED: New Website Idea

I have always ALWAYS wanted to own and run a purposeful and active site. But it has to be on a free host because, at this stage in my life I cannot be dedicated that way.

And then this idea popped in my brain.

Many people are addicted (for lack of better a term) to those little clickable adoptables (ex. Valenths, dragon eggs, unicreatures, chicken smoothie, ETC.) and it would be nice to have a community for those people. Yeah, i'm random, i know!

Things i want to do with this site:

+provide clicks for those who need them

+make friends

+discuss our pets and other things

+HAVE FUN!

+Your own little "home" for pets

+anything possible.

HOWEVER!!! I'd like someone to help me out. So i'll need a partner/ co-owner, and some mods!
Requirements:

++Trustworthy

++Dedicated

++Humourous

++Not think i'm TOO silly with this idea

++Like those little clickable pets

++have previous experience on a website (ex. mod, owner, etc)

++know your way around free site hosting services (proboards or invisionfree)

That sounds like a fun idea. =D

I've owned two adoptables sites, a dragon cave click site, and i'm working a a roleplay site. None of those are active anymore though because I really stink at advertising (you'd be on your own with that part)
I'm still dedicated though, just there's no use trying to run a dead site.

And I'm fairly good with freewebs, I've never really attempted proboards or other forum sites. I think freewebs' forums are fine.
